Our services include but are not limited to studio sessions, on-location photography, event coverage, and photo editing. All services are provided according to the specifications agreed upon during the consultation process. #### Booking and Payment To secure a session, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will apply towards your final balance. The remaining payment is due on or before the day of the session. We accept various forms of payment as specified on our website. Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid additional charges. #### Use of Images Upon completion of your photoshoot and delivery of images, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use the photographs for personal purposes, such as printing and sharing with family and friends. Any commercial use of the images is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by us. We reserve the right to use any photos from your session for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media platforms, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the session. #### Liability While we strive to ensure a smooth and successful photography experience, we cannot be held liable for any interruptions or issues arising from circumstances beyond our control that may compromise the expected results of your session. This includes sudden inclement weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances affecting location availability.
